To learn English begin with the letters a, e, i, o and u; as these are the vowels and all the other 21 letters are Consonants. The Vowels and Consonants by joining hands will form Words - such as, Ab -
Aback - adv - taken aback = suddenly, surprisingly, shockingly, திடுக்கிடும். Abandon - v - give up;   விட்டுவிடு, கைவிடு. Abbreviate - v - shorten, abridge, சுருக்கு, then Ac -  academy, accede, accent; Ad - address, adequate, adjust; Ae - aerate, aerial, aerodrome; Af - afar, affair, affect; Ag - again, age, agenda; Ah - ah, ahead, ahauteovix; Ai - aid, aim, air; Aj - ajar, Ajax, Ajmer; Ak - Akbar, akene, akin; Al - alacrity, alarming, always; Am - amalgam,
amateur, amaze; An - an, and, angel; Ao - aoristic, aorta, aoutrance; Ap - apart, apathy,
apex; Aq - aqua, aquarium, aquiline; Ar - Arab, arabesque, arbiter; As - asbestos, ascend, ascent; At - ate, atheist, athlete; Au - aubade, auction, auto; Av - avail, avatar, avenge;
Aw - await, awake, aware; Ax - axil, axis, axseed; Ay - Ayah, aye,aye, Ayesha; 
Az - azan, Azazel, azure. By reading these words, which will be as the 1st step of pronunciation. The main thing in this is the Tamil translation, which is also important. Like this, others can change the Tamil into their own Mother Tongue. After this we have to go ahead with - Ba, Ca, Da, Ea, Fa and so on.........uptill Za. As one keeps on reading these words in this fashion, then automatically he or she will enrich in pronunciation for sure without fail.

As one to enrich one's self in the English Language, one has to be thorough in knowing about Parts and Speech, Tenses, etc. This is being as the basic thing to go along with English, to speak and write; after which one can learn about grammar further on and on. And while doing this one must do this with the help of his or her Mother Tongue only, then only one could attain proper understanding and better knowledge.

In the Dictionary, just turn the pages and note down these simple words - as to begin with ABC, about, above, across, acute, adjust, after, after-effect, afternoon, aftermath, afterthought, again, against, agile, ago, agree, although, altogether, always, amid, amidst, among, and, another, anti, any, anyhow, anyone, anyplace, anything, anyway, anywhere, apart, appeal, apply, approach, apt, around, as, aside, asleep, aspect, assent, assert, assist, assume, assure, at, atone, attach, attack, attain, attempt, attest, attract, auto, avail, available, avoid, await, awake, aware, away, etc. And then go into 'B' back, bare, bargain, be, etc. Then start trying to make simple sentences so as to enhance your English competency. 

This Dictionary must be as your best friend and it has to stay with you all along the day wherever you go and often you to refer it for finding out the meaning of the new words you come across. 

The best thing of Dictionary to we Indians being as Indian Language to English translation; for eg: Tamil to English; Malayalam to English, Telugu to English, Kannada to English, Hindi to English, Sindhi to English, Marathi to English, Gujarati to English, Bengali to English, Urdu to English, etc. so that basically one could understand the English translation very nicely. When one is being in the college level, then he or she could switch on to English to any Indian language dictionary - like English to Tamil, English to Hindi; likewise in all the other Indian languages. In the first place we must learn our lessons in our Mother Tongue, at least up to 8th and then to switch on to the English medium of instruction in all the subjects; until then English must be as the 2nd language. In the 1st place we must be so well versed in our Mother Tongue and we must know more about our Civilization and Culture; then only we have to switch on to learn about the West. But this is not being done here now, so many are being so poor in English, though many are being brought up in English Medium Schools all over India. As the teachers and masters are too being so poor in English only because of not following this method of studying. Then how could we become brilliant to attain Wisdom?

Ladies and gentlemen

My name is N Cinna Vanmathy, a Social Worker - Politician representing for PICK - Peoples' Important Call Keenly; through which I want to serve the People of this Joined States of India ( J S I ) coined by me. Of course I want to prove that Polity and Politics is so divine in nature - as it is the real service being done to the People of this Nation. As I am being the distant relative of late Kamaraj, as too want to some good to this Society. Being as the first step of PICK, we are to start a SPOKEN ENGLISH CENTER - in the name of L A D D E R; so as to make the People gladder by making them to learn the English Language so well, for the sake of advancement in all the spheres of life.  Now most of the People are just being as the 'Lotus Flower Eaters' as they have lost their path and being carried away by false happiness of all sorts; so many merely pretend and loose their real identity. When one want to improve his or her Status, Standard of Life, then he   or she has to learn the English Language properly; for better survival and earn more. The School Children can
understand their Subjects so well if only they are being so well versed in all the 4 aspects of English, that is, to read, write, listen and speak fluently - that too in the UK and the US English Accent - because the American Accent is the advanced version of the English Language. If only we Indians want to climb on and on in the Society, then one has to catch-hold of the present day's Universal Language, the Common Language of this World being the English  Language - for better Conversation and apt Correspondence.  So come to L A D D E R if only you really want to improve your self in all the aspects of Life.

Agenda:  On Saturdays and Sundays we are taking Classes in English at Thiruvottiyur Terminus Bus Stop, for those who are all being interested to uplift themselves.   Classes begin from morning 7 to 9 one session, 9 to 11 one session, 11 to 1 pm one session, 3 to 5 one Session, 5 to 7 one session, 7 to 9 one session. The Fee being only Rs. 6666 for 1 year and after which if one wants to continue further   then they have to renew by just paying Rs.105 for the whole year; and if the Children or anyone wants to continue even further to the next year and so on and on, they have just pay Rs.105 every year for their renewal - that's all, it is so simple.  

In the general sessions, we do teach all to read, write, listen and speak so fluently within a year -     that is, in 52 weeks time of learning; that is to learn the UK accent and also the US accent, which   will be so useful to one and all.

And to those who are being interested to go abroad, we are to teach them about the IELTS
Examination being conducted by the British Embassy; this Exam will be conducted 2 times in a year; so one can learn all the 4 aspects of English as to attend the Exam and succeed well; so as to get the VISA easily to go to any foreign Country - for the sake of higher studies or to find any suitable job with ample Salary.      Fees: Rs. 6666 per year.

And for the College Students we take Soft Skills Class - to teach GD, Etiquette, Grammar, Conversation and Correspondence, Personality Development and as how to crack the Interview to fit into any job. We will teach them the art of UK and US accent which will be so helpful to get a job - the College Students need not worry about Campus Interview, because if you are in L A D D E R, then we teach you all the things to get a job in any Company with your own talent. Fee: Rs. 6666 per year (if you want to continue the next year simply you have to do the renewal by paying Rs.105.

And we do conduct Classes to beginners also, if anyone wants to learn English then they have to come on Week Days, in the stipulated sessions by paying Rs.6666 only and they can continue it the next year by paying just Rs.105 only. It may be very small Children or else even Grown-ups.

And in future we are to conduct Classes to Maths, Science, etc. and that will be in a different fees structure, for we have to depend on other Masters.

We also do have a Sports and Games Wing in the name of COME International for all, starting from the age of 7 years on wards - for we have to catch them young - in which we are entertain all the disciplines. The Lifetime Membership Card is Rs.6666 only.

We have another Wing known as Mind Scan, which is to predict and shape up your future in the psychological manner, to which the Fees will be Rs.555 per person - this will be done on Week Days only.

As we are to deal with Politics, the newly emerging National Political Party in the name of PICK, those who are being interested can join in this Party as to uplift this Nation; so as to get back the Freedom from the hands of Fake Politicians, who are all swindling the money of this Nation in various ways and means. Our intention is to represent for the little number of good People being in the Society - as their demands and grievances will be taken to the Court, as to get justice.    

The real base for all these Organization being VERTEX SPORTS TRUST.

We have also Little Estates, selling lands in the our skirts of Virudhunagar and Kodaikanal on easy installments - Rs.1666 x 60 months at Virudhunagar and Rs.5000 x 60 months at Kodaikanal.
